France expelled Niloufar Shadmehri and another diplomat of the Islamic Republic

On Wednesday, the French government declared Nilofar Shadmehri, the cultural adviser of the Islamic Republic of Iran Embassy in Paris, and another diplomat of the embassy as "undesirable elements" and expelled them.

This countermeasure took place after the Islamic Republic prevented the return of two employees of the cultural department of the French Embassy to Iran. Paris has also accused the security forces of the Islamic Republic of arresting, intimidating and assaulting these two French diplomats during an event on July 19.
