Farzaneh Fasihi, the Iranian Olympic runner, announced that the authorities have prevented her from registering to participate in the world championships, and in response, she will also withdraw from participating in the Asian Games.

Fasihi wrote on his Instagram page on Saturday that he had been warned many times in the past months: "Watch your behavior! "You know that the World Championship and the Asian Games are ahead."

He added: "The world championship, which is the biggest dream and aspiration of every athlete, was taken away from me; I will present you the Asian Games myself."

This Olympic runner emphasized that he is the only Iranian athlete who won the quota of the world championships and finished the season in the first place in the Asian rankings.

Earlier, after the suppression of protests in January 1404, Fasihi wrote on Instagram about his anger and sadness over the killing of protesters.

She announced that she has been pursuing her rights legally for months and "will never allow" her rights as an Iranian female athlete to be violated.
