Rubio: When the Islamic Republic is willing to slaughter its own people, what will it do to us?

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in an interview with Sid Rosenberg on his WABC radio show, said in remarks regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran: "If they are willing to slaughter their own people, what do you think they would do to us? Or to Israel? Or to their Sunni neighbors?"

Rubio added: "Everyone agrees on this matter that they cannot have nuclear weapons. The only thing that has changed is that we now have a president who is willing to do something about this issue."
